Russ Parsley, Reborne's 1st investor, is a Central Valley transplant, born and raised in the Bay Area.  Russ served more than 16-years honorably in the U.S. Air Force, and is credited to loading live munitions on multiple F-111F Aircraft when tasked by President Reagan during Operation El Dorado Canyon (The Libyan Raid) in April 1986.  Russ graduated as an Aircraft Weapons Systems Specialist in 1983, served in England, Scotland, Turkey, Spain through 1987, loaded the A-10 in Myrtle Beach through 1990, followed by the F-16 with the 144th Fighter Wing.   In 1998, Russ returned to Active Duty to train for 'Combat Camera' as a Video Production Specialist.  Russ is a 30-year Multi-media Advertising Consultant currently with One Putt Broadcasting & The Fulton Group, a full service Ad Agency, a 39-year Professional DJ, Founder/MC/DJ of Panda DJs & Founder/Videographer of PandaCam Productions.  He is the father to Reborne's Founder | CEO & Brewmaster, making him Reborne's 'Brewery Dad'.  Russ has the added distinction as Reborne's 1st Lifetime Member and serves as Investor Relations, Marketing & Advertising Consultant, and Brewmaster Assistant.

Kurt Sieve, Reborne's 2nd investor, is a second-generation Insurance Agent based in Clovis, California, with over 38 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry.  He provides coverage for auto, home, life, and pet insurance, as well as financial services and retirement planning.  Sieve holds several professional designations, including CLU® (Chartered Life Underwriter), ChFC® (Chartered Financial Consultant), RICP® (Retirement Income Certified Professional), and CASL® (Chartered Advisor for Senior Living).

He earned a degree in computer science from UC Davis before choosing to follow his father's career path in insurance.  He is an active member of the Clovis Rotary and has served on the board of the Clovis Chamber of Commerce. 

Rob McGuire, Reborne's 5th investor, served in law enforcement for 12 years, where his valor and heartfelt commitment to protecting others earned him the respect of both his colleagues and the community. In 2022, he was honored as Big Brother of the Year and continues to share a close, supportive bond with his little brother, who is preparing to graduate college. Today, as the owner of FYM Investment Solutions, Rob invests in promising companies like Reborne Brewing Company, bringing the same integrity, care, and dedication to his business endeavors as he did to public service.
