Our Founder/CEO

Born in Suffolk, England, into an Air Force family serving overseas in the mid 80s, Ryan relocated as an infant to Myrtle Beach, SC where his Father continued to serve.  He arrived in California at the age of 4, returning to the State his mother and father originated.

Ryan attended school in Fresno, CA, where he excelled at Waterpolo.  After his sophomore year, he requested to be homeschooled to allow him to work.  Following graduation and as he was attending the local Community College, Ryan married Jennifer Eichman in June 2010, whom he was introduced to by his Father through his busineas.

Ryan made the decision to follow family tradition of service to country by joining the California Air National Guard and was awarded the role as an Aircraft Avionics Backshop Specialist In 2011.  In 2014, Ryan was hired as a Fulltime Technician and into the Civil Service.

In 2016, he was deployed to Active Duty on a Peace Keeping Mission into Eastern Europe where his performance was recognized by his leadership earning him a 20-minute incentive flight in the F-15.  During the flight the pilot noted that Ryan was enduring his typical fighter pilot maneuvers exceptionally well and offered him the unique opportunity to ‘take the stick’ and fly the jet while performing Pilot instructed maneuvers for nearly an hour. 

Back on the ground and in the U.S., with two children in tow, the family purchased their home in Sanger, CA.  Ryan continued his education through the University of Maryland, Global Campus, earning his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration.  In 2018, Ryan discovered an appreciation of brewing Craft Beer in his garage and made the decision to ’one day’ open a brewery.  Over 25 Craft Beer recipes later, in early 2023, it was official.  Reborne Brewing Company received its ABC license to Brew and Distribute and its Business License with the City of Clovis.

In addition to developing and launching Reborne Brewing Company, Ryan continues to serve, proudly, in the CA Air National Guard and was promoted to Technical Sergeant (E6) in November 2024.
